Regular Domestic and Regular Office Cleaning
The Customer agrees to provide a list of all cleaning tasks for the work required (if not previously agreed upon initial quotation visit) The Customer understands that it is difficult to estimate precisely how long tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required for the first two cleans. Anything that would materially affect the agreed rate will be discussed with the Customer.

All cleaning equipment not provided by Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd should be safe and in working order. Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd will provide cleaning products unless the Customer requests otherwise. The price the Customer is quoted is for cleaning, ironing and cleaning products only. Additional services will be quoted for separately as required.

End of Tenancy/Landlord Cleaning
Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the clients original requirements change. The revised quotation will be sent and agreed prior to the clean.

The Customer agrees to provide a list all tasks for the required work. It is difficult to estimate precisely how long tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required. Anything that would materially affect the agreed rate will be discussed with the Customer. All equipment the customer provides should be in safe and working order. The customer is advised that end of tenancy cleaning may take up to double the time of a general clean. Please be advised that after party cleans, after builders cleans and badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

One- Off Cleaning/Spring Cleaning
A minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit applies. The Customer agrees to provide a list of all cleaning tasks for the work required. Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the customers original requirements change. The revised quotation will be sent to the customer prior to the clean.

All cleaning equipment should be in safe and working order.
It is difficult to estimate precisely how long such tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required. Please be advised that after party cleans, after builders cleans and badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.

Payment (domestic cleaning)
All balances for cleaning services carried out are payable by cheque, cash, direct bank transfer, standing order or BACS.
All cheques should be made payable to Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd upon completion of the job on the day of service carried out, unless otherwise agreed before hand with Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd.

An invoice will be supplied every 14 days and should be paid within 14 days of issue. In the event of ongoing non-payment, Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd Limited may terminate the cleaning service until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The customer will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

Payment (Office Cleaning)
All balances for cleaning services carried out are payable by cheque, standing order or BACS.

All cheques should be made payable to Deep Kleen Luton Limited.

An invoice will be supplied every 28 days and should be paid within 14 days of issue (except by separate agreement).
In the event of on-going non-payment, Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd may terminate the cleaning service until all the outstanding balance is paid in full. The customer will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

Payment (End of Tenancy Clean/Spring Clean)
The customer agrees to pay in full for the service provided by Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd upon completion of the job. An invoice will be supplied on the day ready for payment by cheque, cash, standing order or BACS.

After Cancellation of Cleaning Service
By entering into a service agreement with Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd, the customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd Limited. If the customer does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee to Deep-Kleen Luton Limited of 10% of the annual salary or fee.

By ordering a service from Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd whether by telephone, email, verbal or the Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd website the customer agrees to be bound by Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd terms and conditions. Deep-Kleen Luton Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
